Provides assistance and support to the sales team & Operations team by responding to their requests e.g. quotations, contracts, appendices & other related reports and documents required.
Main Tasks:
1. Prepare costing sheets based on data provided by sales team & operations team
Costing
2. Prepare quotation based on the requirements of sales & operations team
Quotation
3. Prepare contracts based on the approved quotations and documents submitted by the clients. And raising the financial advance claims on clients.
Contract
4. Prepare appendix based on the organic growth requirements by operations
Appendix
5. Prepare sales related reports (weekly & monthly). Preparing target vs achievements report of sales team.
Reports
6. Ensure the proper filing of documents (hard & soft copies) related to contracts and quotations.

المهارات
Required Skills:
- MS office proficient (word, excel, power point, outlook)
- Need to have capability and skills to develop and present the weekly/monthly sale’s reports.
- Proficient in English communication. Arabic language is a plus.
- Multi tasking skills.
- Team player.
- 2-3 Years of Experience
