- Assist CDP when assigned to a kitchen station.
- Hygienically clean, wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives, and other equipment.
- Comply with sanitation and safety standards of UAE Health and Safety Regulations.
- Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the chef to ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

.Qualifications:
Open to Asian, Arabic and CIS nationals
24 to 30 years old
Minimum of 1 year UAE experience
Knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
Must have credentials in health and safety training
