We’re looking for an Architectural Site Engineer to help us with our latest project. We need someone who is experienced in this field and can help us to create a successful outcome
Responsibilities:
-Ensure work carried out on site in accordance with latest approved drawing and specification, construction program, method statements and resolve any technical site related issues.
-Lead the coordination process with other disciplines.
-Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including MEP and interior contractors.
-Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program
-Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.

المهارات
– Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent with technical background
-3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing construction sites.
-Good command of written and spoken English.
– Currently in UAE.
– Driving License
-Fit-out experience is a must
