الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist executives in decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate and arrange company events, conferences, and seminars.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel when required.
- Having experience in manpower industry and accounting knowledge will be added advantage
