Role Purpose: 

To Maintain systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules;

restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts;

supervising staff.

Key Accountabilities:

· Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and

procedures.

· Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to

strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality, and

customer-service standards.

· Meets maintenance budget by providing annual budget information; monitoring

expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions

· Maintains function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by

implementing a preventive maintenance program; operating and testing systems and

equipment; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components

and parts.

· Monitor the targets of Performance (TE, OE, MTTR, MTBF, TD…) and use them in

order to build action plans and priorities of the cells.

· Is part of the FDS Processes & prioritizes the work orders into a preventive

maintenance action plan for the area (yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily) consistent with

the site priorities (SQCDM).

· Lead & manage the organizations and the resource for UHT / TTOP cells

· Apply the set preventative maintenance programs and procedures.

· Ensure that the right spare parts are available for all the cells.

· Determine and justify the budget (Spare parts / internal labor / Contractors) for the

cells.

 

Job Requirements:

• · Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering
• · 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing
•  Strong Expertise and Hands on Experience on Dairy and Juice Filling and Packing
• Machines (for bottles, cups, carton packages) involving High Speed and Complex
• end of line Automation.
•  Should be able to work on both mechanical and electrical aspects of the machines.
•  Strong Knowledge of Dairy Industry is a must.
