We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager for our Car Rental company based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the car rental industry and possess excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the car rental company, ensuring efficient and smooth operations
2. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
3. Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
7. Manage the fleet of rental vehicles, including maintenance, repairs, and fleet optimization
8. Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
9. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance and progress of the company
10. Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements to drive innovation and improve service offerings

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the car rental industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
2. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
7. Strong knowledge of the car rental industry, including market trends and competition
8. Experience in fleet management and optimization
9. Proficient in using car rental software and other relevant technology
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
