الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead a growing team of 30= fire and life safety professionals in the region and drive strategic growth and technical excellence of the service line.
- Complete management of service line P&L including forecasting, budgeting and monthly financial performance.
- Lead technical delivery within the team ensuring the highest levels of quality are maintained in everything we do, with the aim of being the centre of excellence for fire and life safety in the region known for delivering the most complex projects to the highest standard.
- Develop a boutique service offering pushing the highest level of service and expertise focusing on new services, innovation and digitisation.
- Develop business plan and strategy for the team focusing on strategic growth in new industries and external work outside of our core multidisciplinary design projects.

المهارات
- 15+ years of experience in the fire and life safety field in both design consultancy as well as construction supervision / comissioning, with time spent in a leadership roles at a similar organisation
- University degree from an accredited institution
- Local (UAE & KSA) and regional experience in the authority approvals process.
- Excellent understanding and ability to interpret and apply the UAE Fire Code; NFPA suite of codes; IBC, IFC ; and Saudi Building Code
- Local experience in large-scale mixed-use, master planning and infrastructure projects
- High rise and super high-rise experience
- Understanding of on-site fire system installation and compliance to codes and standards.
