Drive digital transformation initiatives, implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency and customer experience.Oversee all aspects of Tech infrastructure, including cyber security, enterprise solutions, communication systems, and network management.Build, lead, and manage a diverse and talented Tech team, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.Partner with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technologically driven solutions.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security standards.Lead the development and implementation of IT budgets.
Profile
Possess over 12 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.Proven track record of success in a senior IT leadership role within the financial services industry.Strong understanding of cyber security, enterprise solutions, infrastructure, communications & network management.Experience in leading and motivating high-performing IT teams.
