As an IT Sales Coordinator at BlueChip Computer Systems LLC, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team in achieving their goals by efficiently managing various administrative tasks and
ensuring smooth sales operations. This role plays a pivotal part in coordinating sales activities, communicating with clients, and assisting in the development of proposals and quotations. The IT Sales Coordinator is expected to possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, an attention to detail, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer databases, preparing sales reports, and handling inquiries from clients.
Client Communication: Interact with customers via phone and email to address their queries, provide product information, and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
Proposal and Quotation Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and finalize sales proposals and quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Liaise with other departments to meet customer delivery expectations.
Sales Documentation: Maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and related documentation. Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels and stock availability, coordinating with the inventory and logistics teams to meet customer demand.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through phone calls to introduce our IT solutions and services. Identify decision-makers within organizations and initiate meaningful conversations to assess their IT needs.
Client Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients, either in-person or virtually, to understand their IT requirements and present our solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations as needed.
