الوصف الوظيفي
- Install, maintain, and support hardware, software in the organization which includes server, PCs, tablets, POS systems, weighing scales, barcode printers, Microsoft 365, network cabling other IT equipment.
- Provide timely, efficient support in accordance with IT Service Management policy and process.
- Escalate required support issue to 2nd level IT support teams and suppliers, coordinate to resolve it with minimum business impact.
- Ensure to log every IT support ticket in the Helpdesk tool with all the required details of issues and troubleshooting steps taken.
- Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and telecommunication lines.
- Perform regular operational task as per operations checklist.
- Support in implementations of project and initiatives and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure the IT Rooms and Cabling closets are always kept tidy.
- Participate in Service Improvement process by providing suggestions and feedback.
- Ensure IT Security policies are followed at all the time and report for any violations.
- Maintain High-level of Customer Service and Professionalism at all the times.
Job Competencies:
- Education: Diploma / Graduate in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years in a similar role, preferably Retail Industry.
- Certifications: Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation

المهارات
- Knowledge of Office 365, Retail POS system, Structured cabling, and IT Ticketing tool
- Fluent in English and basic proficiency Arabic.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
- Must be flexible to work in all shifts including night, weekend, and holidays.
- Saudi Driving license is preferable.
