1. Install, maintain, and support hardware, software in the organization which includes server, PCs, tablets, POS systems, weighing scales, barcode printers, Microsoft 365, network cabling other IT equipment.
2. Provide timely, efficient support in accordance with IT Service Management policy and process.
3. Escalate required support issue to 2nd level IT support teams and suppliers, coordinate to resolve it with minimum business impact.
4. Ensure to log every IT support ticket in the Helpdesk tool with all the required details of issues and troubleshooting steps taken.
5. Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and telecommunication lines.
6. Perform regular operational task as per operations checklist.
7. Support in implementations of project and initiatives and provide regular status updates.
8. Ensure the IT Rooms and Cabling closets are always kept tidy.
9. Participate in Service Improvement process by providing suggestions and feedback.
10. Ensure IT Security policies are followed at all the time and report for any violations.
11. Maintain High-level of Customer Service and Professionalism at all the times.

Job Competencies:

1. Education: Diploma / Graduate in Computer Science or Equivalent.
2. Experience: 2 years in a similar role, preferably Retail Industry.
3. Certifications: Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation

 

1. Knowledge of Office 365, Retail POS system, Structured cabling, and IT Ticketing tool
2. Fluent in English and basic proficiency Arabic.
3. Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
4. Must be flexible to work in all shifts including night, weekend, and holidays.
5. Saudi Driving license is preferable.
