Job Description:-
MS Dynamics CRM/D365 Developer
1. Designs, develops multi-tier, SOA based and secure software applications and
components using latest Microsoft and related technologies.
2. 5+ years of significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft Dynamics
CRM 365 (any of online or on premise)
· Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software
architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365/
CRM solutions.
· Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
Ensure that development work is fully documented to assist in future
maintenance activities.
· Provide accurate estimates for required development work and take personal
responsibility for delivering within these time scales
· Should have part of minimum 2-3 CRM implementations end to end
· Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, XRM Framework,
the entity model, security model, Web services and WebAPI
· Extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience including experience
with the CRM API, SDK, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.
· Working knowledge of third-party Extraction, Transformation and Loading tools
(SSIS) using Kingsway Soft would be a plus
· Work closely with technical Project Managers and Business Analysts to assist in
determining time frames, quality levels, budgets, project structure and key
project results.
3. Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools. Must
have knowledge of latest CRM versions (365/Cloud/On Prem). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Deep working knowledge of all Dynamics entities and concepts and the ability to
translate those concepts to clients and internal team members.
5. Thorough understanding of MS Dynamics Architecture and experience in xRM
applications by using custom code.
6. Integrate Dynamics CRM applications with other systems
7. Experience in requirements gathering, Analysis, designing and development
using JavaScript, CSS and HTML solutions as well as utilizing development tools
provided within the Dynamics 365 CRM customization environment.
8. Proven ability to work in a large, distributed IT organization
9. Knowledge in banking sector will be plus
10. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
11. Knowledge/experience in financial / banking sector would be considered great
asset
12. 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM 2016 /365
development/implementation role
