Job Description:

 Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including joint venture agreements, supplier contracts, leasing agreements and employment contracts – ensure that contractual arrangements protect the company’s interests.

 Ensure the fast-food chain’s operations in the UAE comply with all local, federal, and international laws and regulations.

 Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder relations, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

 Manage and oversee any legal disputes and conflicts, including employment-related issues, regulatory matters, or contractual disputes.

 Identify legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them – offer legal guidance on business strategies, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures

Salary:              up to 20K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
