المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience as a Risk Manager, preferably in the context of capital investment or real estate development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial and market data.
In-depth knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
