We are a fun, fast-moving team responsible for accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with recruiting efforts including interview scheduling and coordinating career fair details
Support with logistics and engagement of new hires to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience
Manage complex calendaring for multiple leaders
Manage day-to-day operations and tasks for the team, such as event planning, processing invoices, booking travel, ordering supplies, preparing materials for meetings, maintaining file organization, processing expense reports, etc.
Partnering with other administrative team members and providing back-up support as needed
Oversee logistics and planning for team meetings and events, including preparing materials, schedules and refreshments.
Supporting special projects
Acting as back-up for various team processes
Experience: You have at least two years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
Proactive: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You anticipate what needs to be done and make it happen.
Flexible: Our team is responsible for a lot of different activities and programs, and our work environment is always changing. We’re looking for someone who can roll with shifting priorities and juggle them with ease.
Attention to Detail: Some tasks are big and some are small, but they all require attentive care to ensure accuracy and excellence.
Communication: We interact with people at all levels, inside and outside the company. Clear and professional communications skills — both written and oral — are a must.
Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Soft Skills: Acting with urgency. Simplifying. Problem-solving. Listening. Building Relationships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must. Bonus points if you’re familiar with SharePoint, OneNote, Concur and Teams.
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $58,110-$87,101 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
