We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the B2B sector. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over the phone.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct extensive market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
2. Contact potential customers through cold calling and email campaigns to introduce our products and services.
3. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
4. Follow up with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convince prospects to purchase our products or services.
6. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve team goals.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
Preferred Candidate:
1. Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the B2B sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
6. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
8. Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or any other language is a plus.
9. Experience in the IT or software industry is a plus.
