·Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
·Proven track record in manage big teams and Multi-team management experience.
·Ten or more years of sales experience in Oil, Gas & Geospatial Industries. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
·Demonstrated project and budget management skills. Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.
·Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism. Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices.
