Purpose: To meet, greet and provide information to showroom visitors while performing light clerical and office maintenance duties as a secondary job function.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Greet visitors to the showroom, giving directions, answering questions, providing informational materials, general application or admission forms, etc.
- Answer phone system or switchboard, relaying calls, answering questions, taking messages, and making appointments. May place calls as requested.
- Perform light typing duties, the subject material of which may vary from correspondence and reports to form letters, record cards and list maintenance.
- Prepare and/or maintain files of some type of records or folders such as job applications, general information materials, etc.
- Communicate to the Showroom Supervisor any problems encountered in the performance of the entrusted duties.

المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Emirati Nationals only
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of work experience as Receptionist, Customer Service, Meet & Greeter
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office
